Returns & Exchange

As a GoBabyGo customer, you always have a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive the item, provided that it is returned in the same condition as upon delivery and in the original packaging.

Once we have accepted the return, you will receive your money back. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

All shipments to GoBabyGo must be sent with home delivery; we do not pick up your parcel at the post office.

Remember to enclose a note with your order number or a copy of your invoice in the parcel you return. 

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order in the shop.

When you send the item back to us, please keep the postal receipt as proof that you have returned the item. We do not compensate for items that are lost during return shipping.
