Your right of withdrawal 
As a GoBabyGo customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer protection law.

How to request a return 
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the button below. You will be asked to confirm your request and provide your name and order details. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

You can submit a return request without logging in.

Conditions 
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All returns must be sent with home delivery — we do not collect parcels from the post office.

Please enclose a note with your order number or a copy of your invoice.

Exchanges 
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order in the shop.

Refunds 
Once we have accepted your return, you will receive a full refund. Please keep your postal receipt as proof of return — we do not compensate for items lost during return shipping.
