Returns & Exchange
As a customer of GoBabyGo, you always have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive the item, if the item is returned in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
Once we have received the item, you can either choose to exchange it or to receive a refund. You are responsible for return postage.
Remember to enclose a note with your order number and whether you want the money back. Exchange is most easily done by returning the item and placing a new order in the shop.
When you send the item back to us, please save the postal receipt that documents that you have returned the item. We do not compensate for items lost during return.
All shipments to GoBabyGo must be made by office delivery, we will not pick up your package at the post office.
In the event of a complaint
In order to process a complaint, please send us your order number, description and pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Then we look at it and find a good solution.
