PRICES & PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa electron and JCB card as well as American Express. No fees for card payment. The amount will be not be drawn from your account until the items have been shipped from our warehouse.
Card payment at GoBabyGo is secure as the account information is sent directly to PBS (electronic payment service) in encrypted form (SSL). This way, no one other than PBS has access to your account details. Similarly, only the amount specified will be drawn from your account.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT, but do not include postage.
We accept no liability for sold-out items or misprints.
GoBabyGo provides a two-year warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects which arise in connection with normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Complaints should be submitted to GoBabyGo within two months of detection of the fault. The item should then be returned to GoBabyGo, which will repair, replace or credit the item according to agreement. It is the buyer’s duty to state and, upon request, demonstrate how the fault or defect manifested itself.
Proof of purchase must be submitted in connection with complaints.

GoBabyGo is the data controller of your personal data and is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Basis of Processing
We may process your Personal Data on the basis of:
- your consent;
- the need to perform a contract with you;
- our legitimate interests or those of a third party, such as our interest in marketing our Services;
- the need to comply with the law; or
- any other ground, as required or permitted by law.
How We Receive Personal Data
We may receive your Personal Data when:
- you provide it directly to us as part of using our Services;
- our customers (including their employees, contractors, and other representatives of the company) provide it to us;
- our service providers provide it to us

Purposes of Processing
We may process your Personal Data for the purposes of:

Finally, we may disclose your Personal Data to our subsidiaries or affiliates, but only if necessary for business purposes, as described in the section above.
We reserve the right to use, transfer, sell, and share aggregated, anonymous data, (which does not include any Personal Data) about individuals whose Personal Data we process in connection with providing our Services, for any legal business purpose. These purposes may include analyzing usage trends or seeking compatible advertisers, sponsors, and customers.
If we have to disclose your Personal Data to governmental/law enforcement officials, we may not be able to ensure that those officials will maintain the privacy and security of your Personal Data.
Collection and cookies
We use session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may remain even after you close your browser, but always have an expiration date. We may disclose your personal information. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
