Terms of Competition

The competition is provided by GoBabyGo ApS, Kronprinsensgade 13, 4. th, 1114 København K., Denmark.

You register for the competition as soon as you subscribe to GoBabyGo's newsletter. The competition is not dependent on purchase.

After clicking the participation button, you will be entered into a prize draw.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter will cause your ticket in the competition to be withdrawn.

If you register an email address that is inactive and does not open our newsletters for an extended period, GoBabyGo ApS reserves the right to delete that email address from our mailing list, resulting in you also losing your ticket in the competition. However, you can subscribe to the newsletter again at any time.

If there is a reasonable suspicion of cheating, GoBabyGo ApS reserves the right to exclude participants from the draw.

If you participate in the competition, you must remember to provide all the personal information stated on the competition page so that GoBabyGo ApS is able to contact you if you win.

To enter the competition, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the written consent of a parent or guardian (you only have to present this if you win).

Employees of GoBabyGo ApS, brand ambassadors, sponsors and others so affiliated, as well as members of their households, may not enter the competition.

GoBabyGo ApS assumes no responsibility for printing errors or other errors in relation to the competition. GoBabyGo ApS reserves the right to alter the Terms of Competition without notice.

Prize

A new winner will be drawn at the beginning of each month.

The prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash.

If you win
The winner of the competition will be notified via the e-mail address they registered with, and GoBabyGo has the right to publish the names on gobabygo.dk, GoBabyGo's newsletter and social media accounts. By entering the competition, you consent to the publication of these details.

If the winner does not respond to an email informing them of the prize within 30 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Information about personal data
All participants in the competition also consent to the processing of their name and other necessary contact information.

GoBabyGo ApS keeps the information about participants confidential, for use for the following purposes:

The competition itself and in the event of any announcement that the participant has won.

To deliver newsletters

GoBabyGo ApS will handle all information about the participants confidentially and will not pass on information to third parties without the participants' prior consent unless it is absolutely necessary to do so in order to fulfill an agreement made with the participants.
